Jill Zupansic, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC

Jill Zupansic has been a family nurse practitioner with Family Care of Lake County since 2021.  She manages patients with acute illnesses, and chronic diseases like High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Asthma, Arthritis, Depression and Anxiety.  She enjoys focusing on a whole-person approach by educating patients and empowering them to make health decisions and actively participate in the management of their health and wellness.

Jill started her nursing career at Advocate Condell Medical Center in 2013, gaining essential experiences in caring for patients and developing strong relationships through clear, supportive and respectful communication.  Jill’s educational journey began at the College of Lake County, where she then went on to complete her bachelor’s in Nursing, and finished her Master’s degree in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing with a focus on family practice.
